Fairfax County Housing Market Statistics for September 2023

NVAR released the numbers for the September Fairfax County housing market statistics and I wanted to share what was happening in our neighboring county. I would expect the Dulles Association of Realtors to release the September stats soon, however, stay tuned – I may do a post to get you the information sooner.
